Good news drops in from the Deendayal Port Authority as they confirm the Kandla’s Liquid Jetty No. 7 is in its final stage. Developed at a cost of Rs. 58 crores, is all set to serve the Nation from January 2023, handling the edible oils, the channel of pipelines for which have already been laid.
The new Liquid Jetty No. 7 will prove to be beneficial, as it will ease the congestion of handling Liquid cargo at the Port and serve the Nation’s growing demand. Recently, S.K. Mehta, IFS, Chairman-DPA along with Nandeesh Shukla, IRTS, Dy. Chairman; Raveendra Reddy, Chief Engineer; Mahesh Gupta, President, Kandla Liquid Tank Terminals Association & other stakeholders visited the construction site to take review of the progress of work.
