TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) has announced the appointment of its founder and promoter, R Dinesh, as the Executive Chairman by the company’s Board of Directors. Previously serving as the Executive Vice-Chairman, Dinesh will now take on the role of Executive Chairman. He replaces S Mahalingam, who has concluded his tenure as Chairman after serving two terms as Independent Director.
This leadership transition comes as TVS SCS positions itself for further growth and development.
