LP Logiscience, a pioneer in warehousing and 3PL under the Liladhar Pasoo Group, inaugurates an advanced solar power plant in their Bhiwandi warehouse, showcasing their commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Spanning 15 acres with 5 lakh sq. ft. storage, equivalent to 30,000 pallet positions, this Grade A facility is one of India’s largest 3PL multiclient warehouses. Boasting tech-enabled infrastructure for resource management, including solar power generation and rainwater harvesting, it aligns with LP Logiscience’s dedication to green logistics.
IMCD, a global leader in specialty chemical ingredients, chose LP Logiscience’s eco-friendly warehouse in Bhiwandi for their storage needs. Narendra Varde, MD for IMCD India and Bangladesh, highlighted the positive impact on the value chain and operational efficiency. The warehouse, storing up to 450 kW of solar energy, generates 6.10 lakh units annually, saving approximately 4,93,057 kilograms of CO2 emissions.
