Partnership to deploy smart ward solutions in Hong Kong.
KLN Logistics Group Limited’s healthcare subsidiary, KLN Medical Limited, has signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding with Advantech Co., Ltd. and YDCare to support the deployment of Advantech’s iWard smart ward solutions in Hong Kong. Under the agreement, KLN Medical will serve as the sole distributor of the iWard platform in the Hong Kong market. The partnership aims to combine expertise in smart healthcare technology, clinical application and medical supply chain management to support the digital transformation of Hong Kong’s healthcare system.
According to KLN Logistics Group, KLN Medical will provide equipment delivery, system implementation coordination, after-sales technical support and maintenance services for the iWard platform. The collaboration will also integrate patient information, clinical workflows and medical equipment with existing hospital information systems, with the aim of improving clinical collaboration, ward operations and the digitalisation of clinical workflows.
