Hyderabad-based Garudavega, a brand of NexGen Logistics, has acquired YourDesiCart, a fast-growing cross-border shopping and parcel-forwarding platform serving the global Indian diaspora, in a move that significantly strengthens its position in international eCommerce logistics.
Founded in 2020, YourDesiCart has built a trusted presence among NRIs and global Indian communities, serving over 90,000 users across 220+ countries. The platform allows customers to shop from any Indian store, both online and offline, and ship purchases internationally through a streamlined model that includes dedicated locker addresses, parcel consolidation, and assisted shopping services.
Under the acquisition, YourDesiCart will operate as a Garudavega-powered service, integrating its digital platform with Garudavega’s extensive logistics network, global partnerships, and operational expertise. The combined capabilities are expected to reduce delivery timelines, improve service reliability, and make India-to-world shopping more affordable and accessible for NRIs across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.
NexGen Logistics CEO Satish Lakkaraju described the acquisition as a move beyond traditional logistics toward a more integrated cross-border commerce experience, enabling seamless global access to Indian products. YourDesiCart founder Satya Ayyagari stated that Garudavega’s scale and logistics strength would accelerate growth and deliver a smoother India-to-world shopping journey for customers worldwide.
Currently operating from Hyderabad, YourDesiCart is set to expand to multiple Indian cities as part of Garudavega’s broader integration roadmap, opening new opportunities for Indian sellers to reach global markets with greater speed and efficiency.
