Delhivery has inaugurated an all-women logistics hub in Sikar, Rajasthan, marking a significant move towards promoting female participation in the industry. The company intends to replicate this model across various locations as part of its broader initiative to foster gender diversity within its operations. Emphasising its commitment, Delhivery aims to encourage greater enrollment and empowerment of women in logistics, aiming to enhance diversity across the organisation.
Already, Delhivery has bolstered women’s participation at its gateways in Tauru (Haryana), Bhiwandi (Mumbai), and other regions nationwide. Notably, at the processing center in Tauru, women comprise a substantial 66 percent of the total workforce, indicating a positive trend towards inclusivity and gender parity within the company.
