Delhivery enhances communication with Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID, boosting customer trust and safety.
Delhivery, a leading logistics provider, has partnered with Truecaller to implement the Verified Business Caller ID solution. Serving over 33,000 businesses, including giants like Flipkart and Nykaa, Delhivery aims to resolve communication challenges, such as missed calls due to lack of trust, by enhancing transparency for customers.
The Truecaller solution highlights essential brand elements like company name, logo, and a verification tick, helping customers easily identify legitimate calls. Additionally, the Call Reason feature allows Delhivery to provide context for each interaction, improving the overall customer experience.
Kapil Bharati, CTO of Delhivery, emphasised the partnership’s importance in ensuring secure and efficient communication. Priyam Bose, Global Head of GTM at Truecaller, echoed this, stating that the collaboration would elevate trust and protection in logistics.
This move aims to reduce phone-related fraud while ensuring a seamless and trustworthy communication experience for Delhivery’s vast customer base.
