Arun Maheshwari retains his position as MD & CEO of JSW Infrastructure, while Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal joins as Additional Independent Director.
The Board of Directors of JSW Infrastructure has reappointed Arun Maheshwari as Jt. Managing Director and CEO, effective from April 18, 2024, for three years, subject to shareholder approval. Maheshwari will also serve as Additional Director and Jt. Managing Director in South West Port, effective from the same date. Additionally, he steps down as Jt. Managing Director of JSW Jaigarh Port but remains a Non-Executive Director.
Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal joins as an Additional and Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, for a consecutive three-year term. He will also serve as Additional and Independent Director at JSW Jaigarh Port. Dr. Mittal brings over four decades of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Maheshwari, with extensive experience in the steel industry, has held various leadership roles at JSW. Dr. Mittal, renowned in the construction sector, has contributed to both public and private sectors, showcasing versatile leadership.
