The Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) honoured 59 exceptional auto component manufacturers during its 58th Excellence Awards, recognising a total of 112 outstanding achievements.
The 58th ACMA Excellence Awards unfolded in New Delhi, highlighting the prowess of 59 distinguished auto component manufacturers. Celebrated across various categories, the awards, totaling 112, showcased the industry’s commitment to excellence. The event welcomed esteemed guests, including Dr. Hanif Qureshi from the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Vinod Aggarwal, President of SIAM, and Professor (Dr.) Paramjit S. Jaswal, Vice-Chancellor of SRM University.
During the ceremony, ACMA President Shradha Suri Marwah emphasised the industry’s dedication to sustainability, diversity, and technological advancement. She commended the award winners for setting high standards, guiding the Indian automotive sector towards greater progress.
The distinguished jury, including industry leaders like Vinod Aggarwal and Ganesh Mani S., played a crucial role in recognising excellence within the auto component manufacturing sector. ACMA Director General Vinnie Mehta expressed appreciation for the manufacturers’ contributions, emphasising their role in shaping a sustainable and eco-friendly automotive landscape.
Themed “India’s Roadmap to Global Mobility Excellence: Technology, Sustainability, Circularity & Diversity,” the event underscored innovation and sustainability in the auto component industry. Government officials, industry leaders, and experts discussed strategies for driving manufacturing excellence and propelling India towards global mobility leadership. The focus remained on technological advancements, sustainable practices, circular economy principles, and diversity initiatives within the automotive sector.
