Airbus Beluga, the renowned oversized cargo aircraft with a distinct whale-shaped design, made a triumphant landing at Hyderabad International Airport. On Wednesday, the airport authorities made special arrangements to accommodate the massive plane for its landing, parking, and takeoff. This marks the second visit of the Airbus Beluga to Hyderabad in the last eight months, with its previous landing in December last year. Notably, in 2016, the world’s largest cargo aircraft, the Antonov An-225, also graced Hyderabad’s airport. The decision to host the Airbus Beluga was based on the airport’s strong infrastructure and technical capabilities, solidifying its position as a preferred destination for such impressive cargo planes.
