PHDCCI organised its 9th Edition of the PHDCCI Global Aviation & Air Cargo Summit on July 26, 2023 at PHD House, New Delhi with a theme “ Scaling New Horizons – Trends for future Sustainable Growth.”
During this address on the industry perspective, Vipin Vohra, Chair- Civil Aviation Committee – PHDCCI appreciated the efforts of Govt of India especially, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Ministry of Commerce and Industry in implementation of PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan and National Logistics Policy for the development of the Logistics Industry in India.
Mr. Vohra was felicitated with an award for ‘Air Cargo Innovator of the Year for his contribution to the Logistics Industry with the establishment of India’s 1st Green Field Air Freight Station at Delhi. The Continental Air Freight Station was the dream of Late T N Vohra, Founder – Continental Carriers Group, which was fulfilled by Vipin Vohra after his continuous efforts for the last 12 years.
This Air Freight Station will be a game changer in the logistics Industry in India, fulfilling the aims of PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan and National Logistics Policy.In addition, Continental Carriers was felicitated for the Excellence in Air Cargo & Logistics Industry during the summit. The award was received by Vaibhav Vohra and Viraj Vohra, Managing Director and Director of Continental Carriers respectively.
