Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an e-invoicing ASP by 30 October. Delay costs AED 5,000 a month. Newage is onboarding now.

30 October 2026: Today is the deadline for large businesses in the UAE to appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) under the country’s new e-invoicing system.
Companies with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must make the appointment by 30 October 2026 and go live with e-invoicing on 1 January 2027. Missing the deadline attracts a penalty of AED 5,000 for every month or part of a month of delay. Businesses with revenue below AED 50 million have until 31 March 2027.
For logistics and supply chain companies, which issue high volumes of invoices across many counterparties, the change touches billing, finance and ERP systems alike.
