BuildSpace Development Management unveils a 3 million sq ft industrial and logistics development pipeline.
Logistics infrastructure development company BuildSpace Development Management has announced a development pipeline of over 3 million sq ft across four projects, with an estimated project value of ₹600 crore. The company also said it holds more than 165 acres of land under development mandates.
Its initial focus is the Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi, a 42-acre Grade-A industrial and logistics development offering approximately 1.3 million sq ft of chargeable development potential. The project is currently under construction and is being marketed for leasing, including built-to-suit requirements from logistics, distribution and manufacturing occupiers.
BuildSpace is targeting established and emerging industrial corridors across Maharashtra, with a focus on Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ranjangaon, Nashik and Nagpur. It is also evaluating opportunities in growth markets such as Dholera and Guwahati.
