LOT Polish Airlines will launch new Warsaw services to Bangkok and Hanoi, boosting Asia-Europe cargo links.
LOT Polish Airlines is expanding its Southeast Asia network with new direct services connecting Warsaw to Bangkok and Hanoi. The Warsaw–Bangkok route is scheduled to begin on October 7, 2026, followed by the Warsaw–Hanoi route on March 31, 2027. Both services are expected to add belly cargo capacity and improve connectivity between Central Eastern Europe and two of Southeast Asia’s key manufacturing and export markets.
Cargo moving through LOT’s Warsaw hub will gain onward connections across the carrier’s European network, offering freight forwarders in Thailand and Vietnam additional routing options into Central, Eastern and Western Europe. The new services are also expected to support Europe-originating cargo bound for Thailand and Vietnam, reinforcing trade flows in both directions.
Michał Grochowski, Head of Cargo at LOT Polish Airlines, said the new routes mark an important step in the airline’s continued development in Southeast Asia and will create fresh opportunities for customers through direct connections to Warsaw and the wider European network.
Group Concorde, LOT Cargo’s General Sales and Service Agent in Thailand and Vietnam, will support the commercial development of the new routes. Prithviraj Chug, Chief Executive Officer of Group Concorde, said the company would work with its local teams and forwarding partners to build sustainable cargo growth on both routes and strengthen the cargo link between Southeast Asia and Europe.
