Union Minister of Civil Aviation Ram Mohan Naidu visited the Continental Air Freight Station at Kapashera, set up by Continental Carriers Private Limited, on August 19, 2026. He was accompanied by Samir Kumar Sinha, Secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Vipin Kumar, Chairman of the Airports Authority of India, Bhupendra Pratap, Regional Director of the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security and K. Selvakumar, Chief Executive Officer of AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company. The Minister was received by Vipin Vohra, Chairman of Continental Carriers Private Limited, along with Managing Director Vaibhav Vohra and Director Viraj Vohra.
The visit marked an important milestone in Continental Carriers Private Limited’s journey towards strengthening India’s air cargo ecosystem through what the company describes as India’s first Greenfield Air Freight Station. Established in 1957, Continental Carriers Private Limited has been a pioneer in India’s freight forwarding and logistics industry, with a longstanding role in the evolution of the country’s international air cargo and logistics ecosystem.
