Logistics technology firm secures strategic funding to strengthen enterprise growth and digital freight capabilities.

FreightFox, a transportation management system (TMS) and Control Tower platform for enterprise freight operations, has announced that it has raised ₹5 crore in a strategic funding round led by HighLeaf, with participation from Vijender Yadav, Founder of Accops Systems Private Limited, Puru Gupta, Founder and Operating Partner at Proteus Partners and Aeravti Ventures. The company said the fresh capital will be used to expand its enterprise sales capabilities and strengthen its partner network across India. At the time of publication, the funding announcement had not been independently verified through public reports.
According to FreightFox, its platform enables enterprises to manage the complete freight lifecycle, including freight procurement, execution, shipment tracking, invoice settlement and sustainability reporting through a single digital interface. The company said its Control Tower provides real-time visibility across inbound, outbound and multimodal freight movements, enabling logistics teams to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. FreightFox added that increasing digitalisation in India’s logistics ecosystem, including initiatives such as the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP), is driving demand for integrated freight management solutions.
Commenting on the development, Nitish Rai, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of FreightFox, said the investment reflects the industry’s shift towards connected digital systems that integrate operational data, execution and decision-making. He added that the company aims to help enterprises reduce manual processes, improve visibility and make better use of data as supply chains become increasingly complex.
FreightFox further stated that it serves customers including AB InBev, Bridgestone, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Hero, CEAT and Raychem RPG. The company also claimed to have managed more than six million freight trips, facilitated over US$2 billion in freight procurement and enabled customers to achieve up to 95% freight visibility and 8-15% reductions in freight costs. These operational figures are company-provided and have not been independently verified.
