Prozo expands in Karnataka with two Hoskote fulfilment centres, adding 1.5 lakh sq. ft to its pan-India network.

Prozo, India’s fastest-growing full-stack supply chain company, has strengthened its Karnataka presence with the launch of two new multi-client fulfilment centres in Hoskote, Bengaluru. The facilities span 75,000 sq. ft and 76,000 sq. ft respectively, adding a combined 1.5 lakh sq ft and taking Prozo’s total facility count in the state to 12.
With this addition, Prozo’s nationwide footprint now exceeds 50 fulfilment centres covering more than 3 million sq ft. The expansion underlines the company’s focus on scaling capacity in high-consumption and high-distribution corridors across India.
Strategically located, Hoskote offers strong connectivity to Bengaluru’s industrial clusters and major urban markets, making it a critical hub for brands operating across e-commerce, retail, and enterprise channels. The new centres are built to enterprise-grade standards and are powered by advanced warehouse management systems, enabling real-time visibility, safety compliance, and operational agility.
Designed for high throughput and efficient order processing, the facilities support Prozo’s broader capacity-building strategy across key commercial hubs. They align with the company’s continued investments in strengthening a pan-India warehousing and fulfilment network to serve multi-channel brands and meet rising demand in South India.
Commenting on the expansion, Dr Ashvini Jakhar, Founder and CEO, said the move reflects a shift in how brands are rethinking supply chains amid evolving consumer demand. He noted that facilities of this scale enable stronger process discipline, improved visibility, and more predictable operations, while AI-led forecasting, SLA intelligence, and multi-channel orchestration enhance precision, resilience, and responsiveness at scale.
Over the past year, Prozo has accelerated investments in AI-driven forecasting, automated reporting, SLA intelligence, and integrated multi-channel order management. The Hoskote sites are fully integrated with these capabilities, furthering the company’s mission to deliver precision-led logistics nationwide.
Prozo currently works with leading brands including Reliance, TMRW (Aditya Birla), Tira, Traya, Minimalist, Beardo, Neemans, Comet Shoes, Bata, Relaxo, and VIP (Caprese), among others. The new facilities will support both existing clients expanding regionally and new brands onboarding onto Prozo’s multi-client network.
With this expansion, Prozo continues to position itself as a technology-forward fulfilment partner, offering a future-ready warehousing and supply chain ecosystem built on scale, visibility, and engineering-led reliability.
