Allcargo Logistics launches Grade A BTS warehouse in Bengaluru for Swedish electrification leader.

Allcargo Logistics has inaugurated a 1.5 lakh sq. ft. built-to-suit (BTS) warehousing facility at Alur, Nelamangala near Bengaluru. The Grade A warehouse has been designed for a Swedish global leader in the electrification sector and will serve as its largest consolidated distribution hub in India.
Developed under Allcargo Supply Chain (ASCPL), the facility is equipped with advanced storage infrastructure, including multi-tier shelving, heavy-duty racking, on-floor storage, and automated handling systems such as reach trucks, spiral conveyors, and battery-operated pallet trucks. It is also integrated with SAP and advanced scanning systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
The warehouse is energy-efficient and complies with modern safety standards, featuring fire hydrant lines, sprinklers, and optimised natural lighting.
Ketan Kulkarni, MD of ASCPL, said the facility reflects Allcargo’s focus on customised, tech-driven warehousing. ASCPL currently operates over 7.5 million sq. ft. of warehousing space across 80+ Indian locations.
