Jeena & Company celebrates 125 years by acquiring golf team Jeena Legends, aiming to foster inclusivity in sports.
Jeena & Company celebrated its 125th anniversary by expanding its horizons beyond logistics. In a bold move to foster inclusivity, the company has acquired the golf team, Jeena Legends, which is already making waves in the DLF Golf and Premier League. With an impressive 3rd place on the leaderboard, the team is set to compete in Season 3 of the DLF Golf League in February 2025.
The team, led by captain Manish Periwal, includes 14 male athletes and one standout female athlete, Riya Ahuja, a rising golf star. Jeena’s involvement in golf is an extension of its long-standing support for hockey and cricket, emphasising teamwork, unity, and the nurturing of diverse athletic talent.
