YEIDA’s (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) Noida International Airport will be accompanied by a sprawling 6,500-acre aerotropolis. This ambitious project aims to fuse residential and industrial elements within advanced infrastructure.
Among the themed developments are an innovation and tech hub, commercial precincts, a logistics hub, and hospitality options.
The hospitality sector will feature hotels, service apartments, and professional offices. The innovation hub includes plans for a biotechnology park, research centers, and IT zones.
Commercial spaces will comprise shopping malls, exhibition halls, showrooms, as well as warehousing facilities. Officials are open to flexible land use in the hospitality and industrial sectors.
Height restrictions of 20 meters set by the Airports Authority of India are expected to stimulate ground-level development. This endeavor aligns with the township’s Master Plan 2041, catering to travelers and the local community, addressing healthcare needs, and supporting connectivity.
Additionally, the UP government plans a 1,100-acre Olympic Park in Sector 22, featuring an Olympic City with 29 arenas dedicated to various sports.
