Softlink Global reinforced its leadership in logistics technology and talent development at the India International Cargo Show (IICS) 2024, held at Jio World Convention Centre from December 11 to 13. The event attracted global audiences eager to explore transformative logistics solutions.
At the Logi-Tech Spotlight session, Kunal Maheshwari, Chief Growth Officer, showcased Softlink’s AI tools, LogiTALK and LogiLENS, emphasising their role in streamlining logistics operations and document-heavy processes. He also highlighted Softlink Academy’s initiatives—LogiEXPERT, LogiLEARN, and LogiSKILL—that aim to upskill the workforce and bridge the industry’s talent gap.
Founder and MD Amit Maheshwari joined a panel discussion on AI-driven supply chain resilience alongside industry leaders. He emphasised the necessity of digitalisation and connected ecosystems, advocating for upskilling as AI reshapes job roles.
