Seino Holdings partners with Mahindra Logistics to provide comprehensive logistics solutions in India.
Japanese logistics giant Seino Holdings has entered the Indian market by partnering with Mahindra Logistics. This strategic partnership aims to deliver integrated logistics solutions, leveraging Seino’s global ties with Japanese automotive clients to meet their logistics needs in India.
The partnership entails forming a Joint Venture (JV) between Mahindra Logistics and Seino Holdings. This JV will focus on offering Japanese automotive and non-auto customers comprehensive logistics solutions, including Auto Outbound, Warehousing, Transportation, and an advanced technology suite. By capitalising on Mahindra Logistics‘ extensive capabilities and network, Seino Holdings plans to provide optimised logistics solutions throughout India, emphasising technology, process innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.
The Indian automotive industry has seen robust growth, becoming the third-largest automotive market globally. With a strategic emphasis on electric vehicles and initiatives like “Make in India,” the industry anticipates further expansion from Japanese OEMs and auto component manufacturers.
