Prozo expands its operational capabilities with the inauguration of three new multi-client fulfillment centers in Bangalore, Gurgaon, and Bhiwandi, reinforcing its commitment to efficient logistics support.
Prozo announced the establishment of three new multi-client fulfillment centers (FCs) as part of the Prozo Fulfillment Network (PFN). These state-of-the-art facilities, located in Bangalore, Gurgaon, and Bhiwandi, signify a significant expansion of Prozo’s operational footprint, demonstrating its dedication to providing top-tier logistics assistance.
The newly inaugurated FCs, spanning impressive sizes of 75,000 sq ft in Bangalore, 59,810 sq ft in Bhiwandi, and 37,500 sq ft in Gurgaon, are meticulously designed to meet high-efficiency standards and comply with all governmental regulations, including fire safety NOCs. With this expansion, Prozo now operates over 35 FCs, covering a remarkable 1.8 million sq ft of operational space.
Prozo’s commitment to innovation is reflected in its integrated technological approach. Each new facility is equipped with Prozo’s proprietary tech stack, featuring advanced Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Proship Intelligent Freight Allocation Platform, and a Single Window tech platform known as Control Tower. This integration ensures unparalleled efficiency and accuracy in logistics handling, catering to various freight services from fulfillment centers to B2C, D2C, and B2B channels.
Moreover, Prozo’s industry-leading Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence is facilitated by its proprietary performance management platform, the Prozo Control Tower. This platform enables Prozo to achieve the highest SLA adherence across all supply chain metrics, ensuring efficient management of outward and inward logistics, returns, and inventory health in a multi-channel, multi-client, and geographically distributed supply chain network.
