Pristine Value Logistics boosts warehousing with a Grade A BTS facility at Antariksh LogiPark, enhancing capacity and sustainability.
Pristine Value Logistics has announced the launch of a 165,000 sq. ft. Grade A built-to-suit (BTS) warehousing facility at Antariksh LogiPark in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai. This multi-client warehouse, developed in partnership with Antariksh Group, marks a strategic expansion to address the growing demand across diverse industries, including pharma, FMCG, and e-commerce.
Equipped with FM2 flooring, 6-ton load capacity, advanced ventilation, and roof insulation, the facility ensures operational efficiency and sustainability. It features 32 docks, cross-docking capabilities, and provisions for solar panels, reflecting a commitment to eco-friendly practices. Enhanced fire safety systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, and detectors, prioritise safety.
Set to be operational by March 2025, the expansion increases Pristine’s warehousing capacity in Bhiwandi to 1.26 million sq. ft., boosting daily cargo handling to 50,000 boxes. The facility also incorporates IT-driven supply chain tools, such as in-house warehouse management systems (WMS) and AI integration, underlining Pristine’s focus on innovation.
This growth aligns with Pristine’s vision of becoming an end-to-end logistics provider, further solidifying its industry leadership.
