South Asia’s biggest warehousing and supply chain show returns for its 5th edition with 275-plus exhibitors, two summits and an exclusive CEO roundtable.
The Intralogistics and Warehousing Expo 2026 will be held from 14 to 16 May 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. Organised by Future Market Events, the expo is one of India’s leading platforms for warehousing, logistics automation, material handling, robotics, storage systems, and supply chain technologies.
Now in its fifth edition, the show will feature over 275 exhibitors and more than 1,500 products and solutions. Confirmed exhibitors include Honeywell, Assa Abloy, Gandhi Automations, Maini Materials Movement, APL Apollo Tubes, and several other leading names across automation, material handling, and intralogistics. The event runs alongside two co-located shows, the Material Handling Expo and the Pharma Supply Chain Expo, creating a combined industry platform under one roof.
Two major conferences will run alongside the exhibition: the Warehousing and Supply Chain Summit and the Pharma Supply Chain Summit, themed “Powering Pharma Supply Chain: From Strategy to Execution.” Confirmed speakers include senior professionals from Reliance Life Sciences, Johnson and Johnson, Piramal Pharma, Aragen Life Sciences, and Cosette Pharmaceuticals. An exclusive CEO Roundtable will feature a closed-door discussion between top industry leaders and key policymakers on logistics policy and ecosystem development.
The event will also welcome an international business delegation from Sri Lanka and is supported by leading associations including ASSOCHAM, IDMA, AIWWA, and the SME Chamber of India.
