Presently managing 500 acres in Pune’s Chakan area, IndoSpace’s international-standard parks, built with an investment exceeding Rs. 3,500 crores, primarily serve e-commerce and 3PL companies. The company aims to bolster its presence in the Chakan-Talegaon micro-market by acquiring an additional 200-250 acres in the next two years through a combination of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) allotments and private acquisitions.
This collaboration underscores IndoSpace’s commitment to sustainable and efficient industrial spaces, aligning with the shared vision for economic growth. The MoU solidifies IndoSpace’s strategic positioning in Maharashtra’s thriving industrial landscape.
