Indicold secures over 50% of angel round to drive innovation in cold chain logistics.

Indicold, India’s leading cold chain solutions provider, is raising an angel funding round to accelerate its growth in environment-controlled logistics. Over half of the round has already been subscribed, led by Nikhil Vora, Founder & CEO of Sixth Sense Ventures, in his personal capacity.
This investment follows Indicold’s successful Pre-Series A and will fuel advancements in automation, warehousing, and next-gen cold storage infrastructure. Founded in 2019 by Kartik Jalan and Niharika Jalan, Indicold partners with top players in food, FMCG, dairy, and QSR to deliver fast, traceable, and efficient cold chain solutions.
Highlighting the company’s tech-first approach, Indicold recently established India’s first frozen ASRS warehouse in Gujarat. Vora noted his confidence in the founders’ vision and Indicold’s scalability in addressing India’s cold chain gaps.
With 20,000 automated pallets and a target of 1.2 million by 2028, Indicold is on track for transformational growth in a market projected to reach $21.5 billion by 2026.
