At Cargo Forum 2025, IBS Software unveiled AI-powered agents on iCargo to boost speed, accuracy, and customer service.

IBS Software has introduced a new generation of AI-powered virtual agents at the 25th edition of its Cargo Forum in New Delhi, marking a major step in digital cargo transformation. The Agentic AI suite, embedded within the iCargo platform, is designed to streamline mission-critical workflows for airlines and cargo handlers by combining intelligence, speed, and foresight.
The suite allows users to interact in natural language, delivering contextual insights and real-time recommendations across functions such as Revenue Management, Customer Service, Mail Management, and Sales. These agents not only respond but also predict, recommend, and explain, enabling faster decision-making and improved accuracy.
Highlighting its benefits, Radhesh Menon, Head of Cargo & Logistics Solutions at IBS Software, said the AI agents act as copilots to help teams recover revenue faster, manage disruptions, and deliver personalised experiences. George Varghese, Head of the Data & AI Centre of Excellence, added that integrating explainable AI ensures trust, transparency, and scalability, positioning cargo operators for a future-ready digital ecosystem.
