GEODIS, the global transport and logistics giant, has appointed Camille Porgès as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Governance, Risks and Compliance. She will be a part of the executive committee chaired by the Chief Executive Officer of GEODIS, Marie-Christine Lombard.
Camille graduated from the ESCP business school and holds a Business Law postgraduate degree from Paris II Panthéon Assas University. She was admitted to the Paris bar in 2004. That’s when she began her career with Clifford Chance LLP as a legal specialist for mergers and acquisitions.
She joined Eutelsat, the satellite operator, as a senior legal counsel in 2010, where she was responsible for mergers and acquisitions. She was promoted to the Group Compliance and Privacy Director position in 2017. In 2019, she joined the ATOS group as Head of Ethics and Compliance and then became the Chief Compliance Officer in April 2022.
She has in-depth knowledge and experience in compliance, ranging from anti-corruption to data protection, human rights and economic sanctions for prevention and investigation.
