In a significant milestone, FedEx was recognised under the AEO Program in May 2023 for its operations in the logistics sector, covering categories like ‘Courier, Custodian, Customs Broker, and Logistics Provider’ through FedEx TSCS (India). These dual certifications establish FedEx as the sole logistics operator in India accredited by customs for end-to-end services, from pickup in India to delivery at key international destinations.
FedEx expressed pride in receiving this prestigious recognition from Indian Customs, emphasising their compliance with the World Customs Organisation’s SAFE framework of standards. This achievement highlights their commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and furthering global trade.
