Aiming to drive logistics innovation and reduce national logistics costs, CONCOR partners with Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya.
Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) and Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), Vadodara, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance logistics efficiency through academic collaboration. The MoU, signed on December 26, 2024, at CONCOR Corporate Office in New Delhi, marks a strategic partnership to explore innovative logistics solutions.
The agreement was formalised by Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Choudhary, Vice Chancellor of GSV, and Mohammad Azhar Shams, Director (Domestic & HR) of CONCOR, in the presence of Sanjay Swarup, CMD of CONCOR, and senior officials from both organisations.
The collaboration seeks to harness GSV’s academic strengths to enhance supply chain management, improve customer service, and foster industry growth. Key goals include providing seamless and cost-effective logistics services, including First Mile Last Mile solutions, while reducing India’s logistics costs.
This partnership aligns with CONCOR’s vision to drive logistics innovation, leveraging GSV’s research capabilities to create advanced logistics solutions that address current and future industry challenges.
