Bigbasket has launched BB Matrix, a SaaS-based supply chain platform designed to provide comprehensive visibility across global supply chains. According to an official release, BB Matrix enables organisations to receive real-time updates, identify bottlenecks swiftly, and make data-driven decisions to enhance supply chain resilience. Gartner reports that global annual SCM software spending is projected to reach $62 billion by 2028, up from $29 billion in 2023.
