Ketan Kulkarni named Deputy MD of Gati Express to drive growth and innovation.
Allcargo Group, a global logistics conglomerate, has appointed Ketan Kulkarni as the Deputy Managing Director of Gati Express and Supply Chain (GESCPL), a key subsidiary of Allcargo Gati. Kulkarni steps into this role after serving as Chief Growth Officer in the Chairman’s office at Allcargo Group.
Ketan will immediately start working alongside Pirojshaw (Phil) Sarkari, the current Managing Director and CEO of GESCPL, to ensure a smooth leadership transition. Sarkari is set to retire on November 30, 2024, but will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director.
Ketan Kulkarni brings over three decades of diverse experience in logistics, consumer durables, FMCG, and beverages. His new role will involve driving growth in sales, operations, customer service, and digital initiatives in the express and contract logistics sectors.
