Allcargo Gati enhances its operations in Saharanpur, strengthening logistics for handicrafts and wooden decor manufacturers.
Allcargo Gati is further strengthening its logistics operations in the Saharanpur cluster, a key hub for handicrafts, wooden decor, and furniture, with over 30 years of expertise in the sector. Serving more than 350 manufacturers, the company provides tailored logistics solutions to meet the growing demand across India.
The Saharanpur cluster, which spans areas such as Khata Kheri and Pul Kambohan, handles essential activities like dismantling, packing, and distribution. The region serves national demand, with the South accounting for half of the shipments. Allcargo Gati efficiently manages monthly dispatches across various regions, supported by Surface Transhipment Centres (STCs) and distribution warehouses.
Ketan Kulkarni, Deputy Managing Director of Gati Express, emphasised the company’s role in supporting the region’s growth through technology integration, while Uday Sharma, Chief Commercial Officer, highlighted Allcargo Gati’s dedication to providing reliable, cost-effective solutions for Saharanpur’s manufacturers. The company also prioritises sustainability, aiming for carbon neutrality by 2040.
