The logistics solutions provider, ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions, recently appointed Karan Vir Puri as Chief Sales Officer. The decision comes as the company gears up for critical developments in the new fiscal year.
He has a Post Graduate degree in Marketing and Finance with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, managing P&L, improving operational efficiency, building corporate relationships, and developing talent. He worked with leading brands like Tata AIA, FedEx and Udaan, where he successfully handled various corporate sales tasks.
Puri will report directly to CEO, ProConnect, Malay Shankar, and lead the business team in an exigent position. He will drive the sales strategy to aggressive growth while focussing on digital innovation and excellence. He will focus on developing a high-performance culture, training in-house talent for global roles, sales targets and forecasts, and driving sales initiatives.
