Jeena & Company has appointed Priyank Jain as CFO, reporting to CEO Prediman K. Koul at its Mumbai corporate office.
Jeena & Company, a global leader in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions, has announced the appointment of Priyank Jain as Chief Financial Officer. Based at the company’s Mumbai corporate office, Mr Jain reports directly to CEO Prediman K. Koul and will lead the Finance and Accounts function.
Mr Jain is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience spanning finance, accounting and strategic leadership. He began his career at SBS Group as a Manager, handling internal audits, account finalisation and mergers and acquisitions. At BDP International, he set up an annual business planning and budgeting process and introduced a stronger MIS culture. His last organisation was Mahindra Logistics Ltd, where he joined as Deputy General Manager and led system and process improvements, an integrated finance system and a revenue assurance project.
Since joining Jeena, Mr Jain has been driving finance transformation and streamlining financial processes. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI Mumbai and holds a Diploma in IFRS, UK.
Mr Koul said Mr Jain brings a strong mix of financial discipline and hands-on operational experience in logistics, and that his ability to build robust systems and drive financial rigour will be a real asset to the team.
