Adani & Maersk launch ICD Malur, a new logistics hub in South India, enhancing rail-linked container trade efficiency.

Adani Logistics commissioned a new Inland Container Depot in Malur, situated near Bengaluru. This facility serves as a vital logistics hub for South India, occupying a 30-acre site with provision for a 21-acre expansion.
The terminal is positioned on the Bengaluru–Chennai railway line and features a dedicated rail siding alongside connections to the NE7 and NH44 roads. It provides direct links to several major maritime gateways, including Kattupalli, Ennore, Vizhinjam, Chennai, and JNPT.
Designed to enhance regional trade, the hub offers on-site customs clearance and integrated warehousing to support industries such as automotive and electronics. This launch, attended by over 250 industry partners, including Maersk, strengthens the company’s nationwide multimodal network.
