AISATS partners with BVM Group to streamline cargo movement and launch new value-added services at BLR Airport.

Air India SATS Airport Services (AISATS) has announced a strategic partnership with the BVM Group to launch a dedicated Cargo Shuttle Service at Kempegowda International Airport (BLR).
The new service is designed to bridge the gap between the AISATS BLR Logistics Park and the main cargo terminals operated by Bangalore International Airport (BIAL). By providing a reliable and time-efficient transport link, the shuttle aims to significantly reduce turnaround times and improve the overall flow of goods through one of India’s busiest aviation hubs.
In addition to the improved transit connectivity, AISATS has expanded its portfolio at the BLR Logistics Park to include specialised value-added solutions. These include professional packaging and labelling services, allowing freight forwarders and exporters to prepare their shipments for global transit directly within the facility.
The move aligns with AISATS’s broader strategy to enhance its “plug-and-play” capabilities for businesses, particularly SMEs and e-commerce players who require rapid, reliable processing. The 87-acre Logistics Park, which already features Grade A warehousing and bonded facilities, continues to be a central pillar in Bengaluru’s ambition to handle one million metric tonnes of cargo annually by 2030.
The initiative was spearheaded by a leadership team including Ramanathan Rajamani (CEO), Namit Baikar, and Martin Holme, as part of AISATS’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and technological integration in the Indian aviation sector.
