In H1 FY26, profit after tax surged to ₹160.21 million, compared to ₹86.70 million in the same period last year, an increase of ~85%. Revenue from operations grew nearly 64%, reaching ₹815.45 million, reflecting rising adoption of railway control and safety solutions.
Although the EBITDA margin dipped slightly from 28.54% to 26.65%, the company attributed this to increased operational and service-related costs during the period.
Joint Managing Director Gaurav Lath expressed satisfaction with the results, noting that the performance aligns with internal projections. He highlighted continued order inflows, stronger H2 performance trends, and growth in embedded electronic solutions as key catalysts expected to further boost margins and top-line performance in the coming months.
Concord continues to invest in product development, manufacturing expansion, and research capabilities, strengthening its role in India’s railway modernisation drive.
