Bharat Sawnani takes charge as COO at Seth Sons International, focusing on innovation and F&B business expansion.
Bharat Sawnani has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Seth Sons International Ventures, leading strategy, innovation, operations, and business growth. Based in Delhi, he will focus on building high-impact FMCG brands and next-generation F&B service businesses, spanning herbal teas, tisanes, cold infusions, QSRs, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants.
Sawnani brings over two decades of experience across the food, FMCG, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to this role, he served as Corporate Director at G.D. Foods, where he led product innovation, quality assurance, and export operations. He also founded Elevantus Food Consultancy, helping food entrepreneurs with product development, compliance, and operational strategy. His earlier career includes leadership roles at General Mills, Wockhardt, and Ranbaxy, combining expertise in R&D, technology, quality, and operational excellence.
An alumnus of Jamia Hamdard, IIT Bombay, and the University of Minnesota, Sawnani holds advanced degrees and management certifications that reinforce his strategic and operational capabilities. At Seth Sons, he aims to deliver innovative consumer experiences and set new benchmarks in wellness and dining.
