Softlink Academy and Globelink WW India partner to create a skilled workforce for India’s logistics and freight sector.

Softlink Academy, the training arm of logistics tech firm Softlink Global, has signed an MoU with Globelink WW India to bridge the logistics industry’s skill gap. This strategic partnership aims to develop job-ready professionals in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services.
Combining Softlink’s ERP-led training with Globelink’s extensive operational footprint, the collaboration targets talent deployment across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Globelink WW, with 26 Indian offices and a global reach in 30 countries, provides a robust platform for real-time industry exposure.
Softlink’s programs, LogiLEARN and LogiSKILL, will equip candidates with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience through its Logi-Sys ERP platform. Training will cover documentation, customs processes, finance operations, and system-based logistics workflows.
Certified candidates will be placed in roles such as Documentation Executive and Freight Operations Coordinator. The partnership aims to create a sustainable talent pipeline, addressing workforce challenges while empowering youth with in-demand logistics skills.
