Softlink Global CEO Amit Maheshwari was honoured for tech innovation and industry-academia initiatives in logistics.
Amit Maheshwari, Founder and CEO of Softlink Global, has been honoured with the Best Entrepreneur Award at the Maharashtra Corporate & Education Excellence Awards 2025. The event, held in Mumbai, recognised his pioneering role in transforming logistics through technology and fostering stronger ties between industry and academia.
The award was presented by Dr. Chandrakant Dada Patil, Hon’ble Minister for Higher and Technical Education, in recognition of Maheshwari’s impactful contributions. With a career spanning over 30 years, he has led Softlink Global to become a globally trusted logistics tech provider, serving clients across 50+ countries.
Maheshwari’s leadership saw the development of Logi-Sys, a flagship ERP platform for freight and logistics management. He also initiated Softlink Academy, an education division focused on practical, job-ready training in the logistics and supply chain sectors.
In his address, Maheshwari dedicated the award to his team, customers, and partners, stating that true innovation lies not just in digitising processes but in enabling people and progress through technology.
