Amazon will open its logistics network to the public in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru under its global Amazon Tours programme.

Amazon has announced the launch of its global Amazon Tours programme in India, offering public tours of its fulfilment centres in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru starting in Q4 2025. The announcement was made at the “Delivering the Future” event held in Tokyo.
These guided tours will give participants a close look at Amazon’s logistics operations, including storage systems, order processing, and last-mile readiness. Each session, lasting 45 to 60 minutes, will be free and run three times a week with a 20-person limit. Visitors aged six and above can register, with minors requiring adult supervision.
The Bengaluru fulfilment centre, spanning over 2 million cubic feet, is one of Amazon’s largest in India. Abhinav Singh, VP of Operations for India and Australia, said the tours reflect Amazon’s commitment to transparency and innovation in logistics.
Nick Boone-Lutz, who leads the global tours programme, noted that over 2 million people across countries like the US, UK, and Germany have already participated since 2014. Online registrations will open later this year.
