The facility is expected to generate ₹110 crore annually post-completion, and ₹1,400 crore over a decade, while creating approximately 11,000 jobs. CEO Akash Rastogi confirmed ongoing talks for a second Chennai project and expansion into Hosur within three months.
Ample Parks also plans to scale operations in tier-1 cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Pune, while tapping into tier-2 markets such as Jaipur, Guwahati, and Lucknow to meet the rising demand for industrial real estate.
