Dr. Vandana Singh takes charge to enhance India’s aviation cargo efficiency and sustainability, aligning with national growth goals.
The Federation of Aviation Industry in India (FAII) has appointed Dr. Vandana Singh as Chairperson of its Aviation Cargo Wing. With over 28 years of global experience in aviation and logistics, Dr. Singh brings a wealth of expertise to the role, aiming to drive innovation and strengthen India’s cargo operations.
FAII, registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and recognised by the Ministries of Civil Aviation and External Affairs, addresses diverse aviation needs, from manufacturing to drones and cargo. Its latest initiatives include establishing an Aviation University to nurture future industry leaders.
Arun Kumar Sharma, Director General of FAII, expressed confidence in Dr. Singh’s leadership, emphasising her role in fostering global collaboration. Dr. Singh shared her gratitude, highlighting her vision to build a future-ready ecosystem and elevate India’s aviation sector on the global stage.
