Mahindra Logistics has leased 4.75 lakh sq ft in Pune’s Khed area, marking a key expansion in its warehousing operations.

Mahindra Logistics has signed a five-year lease for nearly 4,75,742 square feet of warehousing space in Pune’s Khed locality. The agreement, inked with Karanje Emerald Logistics Park, will see the company pay a monthly rent of ₹1.15 crore, with operations commencing from April 3, 2025. The firm has also deposited ₹3.45 crore as security and paid a stamp duty exceeding ₹18 lakh.
Located within Karanje Emerald Industrial Park, the newly developed facility is set to enhance Mahindra Logistics’ operational efficiency in a key industrial zone. The lease includes a lock-in period of five years, with rent escalation of 5 percent annually after the first two years.
Currently managing over 22.1 million sq ft of warehousing space, Mahindra Logistics continues to explore growth opportunities. The new facility aligns with its expansion strategy, reinforcing its position in India’s growing logistics sector.
