Welspun One unveils a 55-acre Grade A logistics park at JNPA SEZ, Navi Mumbai, with a ₹2,700 crore investment.
Welspun One Logistics Parks has announced the development of India’s largest single-location Grade A warehousing and industrial park at the JNPA Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Navi Mumbai. The ₹2,700 crore project spans 55 acres and boasts an annual throughput capacity of 36,000 TEUs, over 400,000 pallet positions, and parking for more than 600 trucks.
Strategically located within 5 km of JNPA port terminals, the park offers direct vessel access and proximity to key transport networks, including the Dedicated Freight Corridor and the upcoming Navi Mumbai Airport. The facility is expected to generate over 5,000 direct and indirect jobs, driving local economic growth.
Designed as a 4.45 million sq ft integrated logistics ecosystem, the project includes warehousing, industrial, and Grade A office spaces. It also provides SEZ benefits like GST exemption and customs duty deferment, enabling up to 15 percent cost savings for occupiers, particularly in high-demand sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.
