DTDC enhances health, financial security, and rewards for operational staff this Diwali.
DTDC Express, has launched a festive program aimed at supporting its operational staff and delivery associates. With Diwali approaching, DTDC’s program focuses on Financial Security, Health & Wellness, and Engagement Initiatives to acknowledge and safeguard its workforce. A major initiative is the 400 percent increase in Group Accident Insurance coverage, designed to enhance financial security for employees during the busy festive season.
As part of DTDC’s health initiative, over 11,500 employees are receiving access to eye and general health checkups, held across branches and hubs nationwide, promoting proactive healthcare among employees.
In appreciation of its team’s dedication, DTDC has also introduced an annual bonus, a performance-driven Delivery Incentive Program, and an Attendance Bonus for those maintaining consistent attendance. Additionally, a Biker Referral Scheme encourages associates to bring in new team members, supporting DTDC’s Diwali operations.
