TCI leases 1 lakh sq. ft. from TVS ILP in Coimbatore to boost Zepto’s supply chain in Tier 2 and 3 cities.

Transport Corporation of India (TCI) has strengthened its logistics operations in southern India by leasing 1 lakh sq. ft. of space from TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) in Coimbatore. This expansion enhances Zepto’s quick commerce supply chain, improving its reach in Tier 2 and 3 cities.
This deal follows an earlier 75,000 sq. ft. lease at the same facility for Volvo Eicher, demonstrating TCI’s continued trust in TVS ILP’s infrastructure solutions. The facility, located strategically near major transport routes, features built-to-suit, Grade-A specifications, including customized docks, optimised pathways, and fire safety systems. Sustainability initiatives such as rainwater harvesting and Miyawaki plantations further enhance operational efficiency.
Aditi Kumar, Executive Director of TVS ILP, highlighted the commitment to providing future-ready warehousing solutions. With this expansion, TCI and TVS ILP reinforce Zepto’s logistics network, ensuring efficiency and scalability in Tamil Nadu’s growing market.
