LP Logiscience enhances its footprint in Tamil Nadu with a cutting-edge Grade A warehouse in Coimbatore.
LP Logiscience has announced the expansion of its operations in Tamil Nadu with the development of a state-of-the-art Grade A warehouse near Madukkarai in Coimbatore. The new facility, covering 1.3 lakh sq. ft., will offer over 15,000 pallet positions, significantly boosting storage capacity. Strategically located just one kilometer from the NH544 bypass, the warehouse is designed to serve a variety of industries with advanced features such as 12-meter height ceilings, optimal ventilation, and cutting-edge fire safety systems, including FRLS cables, flameproof lights, and beam detectors.
The facility is also equipped with hydraulic dock levelers, heavy-duty racks, mezzanine storage, FM2-grade flooring, and sustainability measures like a rainwater harvesting system and sewage treatment plant.
Varun Gada, Director of LP Logiscience, highlighted the company’s commitment to integrating advanced technology and sustainable practices in tier 2 cities, aligning with their business objectives. Yogesh Shevade, Head of Logistics & Industrial-India at JLL, expressed enthusiasm about their strategic partnership with LP Logiscience, noting the significant growth potential in Coimbatore’s warehousing sector. The warehouse is being developed by NDR Space, with JLL India as the transaction partner.
